These Terms of Service govern your use of trystevesgoods.com and any orders placed through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Wholesale Only

trystevesgoods.com is a B2B wholesale platform. Accounts are available only to verified businesses with a valid resale certificate, state business license, or equivalent documentation. We reserve the right to decline any wholesale application at our discretion.

Product Compliance

All products sold through this site are federally legal industrial hemp containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill. Compliance status per product is verified via HempData and available on each product page. State-specific regulations may restrict certain products; it is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are legal in your state and locality.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed upon payment receipt or credit approval. Approved NET 30 accounts are billed at shipment; payment is due 30 days from invoice date.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Orders ship from Louisville, KY. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages in transit, or customs seizures, but we will cooperate with claims.

Limitation of Liability

Steve’s Goods’ total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. No product sold by us has been evaluated by the FDA and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
