All orders ship from our Louisville, Kentucky facility. This policy applies to wholesale orders placed through trystevesgoods.com.

Processing Time

Approved wholesale orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (Flat Rate): $15 per order, 3-7 business days in transit
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $500
  • Expedited: Available by request — contact us for a quote

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to states or localities where specific products are prohibited. State-level restrictions vary by cannabinoid and product type — our HempData compliance scanner verifies shipping legality on every order. If we cannot legally ship a product to your state, we will contact you before charging.

Signature and Delivery

Orders over $250 ship with signature required. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. In the event of a lost or stolen package, we will assist with carrier claims but cannot guarantee replacement.

International Orders

We do not currently ship internationally. Wholesale customers in Canada, Europe, or other markets should contact us directly at [email protected] to discuss freight options.

How Long Orders Take to Ship

Retail orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on a business day typically ship the same day from our Boulder, Colorado facility. Orders placed after the cutoff or on a weekend ship the next business day. Once an order leaves the warehouse, the carrier transit time depends on the destination and the service level you selected at checkout — standard ground shipments inside the continental United States usually deliver in three to seven business days, while expedited two-day and overnight options are available at the carrier’s published rate. Wholesale orders are processed inside three business days from purchase order acceptance and ship by freight or LTL based on the order weight; a wholesale account manager confirms the carrier and the BOL the day the order is released.

Where We Can and Cannot Ship

Steve’s Goods ships to most U.S. states, but we do not ship into states with active prohibitions on hemp-derived cannabinoids. The current restricted-state list is published in the checkout flow and is updated whenever a state legislature passes a new hemp law — typically inside a week of the law taking effect. If you place an order with a restricted-state shipping address, our compliance team holds the order and reaches out by email to discuss the options. We do not ship internationally at this time. APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are accepted, but transit times are longer and not all SKUs are eligible because of the U.S. Postal Service rules around hemp-derived products.

What Happens If Your Order Is Damaged or Lost

If a shipment arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please photograph the box and the contents before opening anything else, and email [email protected] with the order number and the photos. We file the carrier claim on your behalf and ship a replacement order inside one business day at our cost — you do not have to wait for the carrier claim to resolve. Lost shipments are handled the same way; if the carrier tracking has not updated for more than seven business days, we open a trace, and if the package is still missing inside three business days of the trace, we ship a replacement. How Wholesale Orders Are Packed

Wholesale shipments leave the Louisville facility in stackable corrugated cases sized to the SKU mix on the order. Tinctures and concentrate jars ship in dividered cases with crush-rated inserts; gummy units ship in master cases with shelf-ready inner packs so retail partners can move them directly to floor display. Each case is sealed with tamper-evident tape and labeled with the SKU, batch number, and matching COA reference. The COAs are also delivered electronically alongside the tracking email on every order.

For temperature-sensitive items (gummy formats during summer transit), we add ice packs and an insulated liner at no charge on routes where the multi-day forecast crosses 85°F. We do not ship gummies on Thursdays or Fridays during peak summer to avoid weekend warehouse holds in transit. Buyers in hot climates can request expedited service to compress the in-transit window.

State-Level Compliance Routing

Hemp shipping rules vary cannabinoid by cannabinoid and state by state. Every wholesale order is screened by our HempData compliance scanner against the destination address before the warehouse picks the order. If a SKU on the order cannot legally ship to the destination, we flag the line, contact the buyer, and offer a substitution or credit before charging. After November 12, 2026, H.R. 5371 enforcement applies; the compliance page tracks any SKU-level changes that affect routing. Shipping FAQ

Do you offer freight or LTL on large orders?

Yes. Orders that exceed parcel weight or pallet thresholds ship LTL through a contracted freight broker. We coordinate liftgate and appointment delivery on request. Freight quotes are provided before the order ships.

What happens if a package is lost or damaged?

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the carrier scans the package. Orders over $250 ship signature-required by default. If a shipment arrives damaged, document it with the carrier on delivery and forward photos within 5 business days; we file the claim and ship a replacement against the same batch when stock allows.

Can you ship to my fulfillment center or 3PL?

Yes — we ship to 3PL and fulfillment-center addresses regularly. Provide the receiving instructions and routing guide with your purchase order; we follow ASN, label, and pallet-spec requirements where applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the continental United States. International shipping is not offered at this time.
