What’s the minimum order?
500 units to start, which keeps a first PO accessible for small retailers. White-label MOQ is higher — typically 2,000 units per SKU — because of label setup costs. Bulk distillate and isolate are priced and ordered per kilogram.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to states where hemp products are legal under the federal H.R. 5371 framework and the destination state’s current cannabinoid rules. HempData verifies state-by-state compliance per SKU — many states restrict specific cannabinoid formats (Delta-8, for example), so the exact catalog you can stock varies. State laws change; confirm with your state counsel before adding a format to your shelf. We’ll review the current state-side picture during the wholesale application.
What documentation do you provide?
Every PO ships with: a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (PDF), a HempData verification link for the SKU, an ingredient and spec sheet, and a state-legal summary on request. ISO 17025 lab credentials and facility SOP documentation are available on request.
How long is lead time?
Standard wholesale: 5–10 business days from PO confirmation. Restock on a SKU in active production: 3–5 business days. White-label new SKU: 6–8 weeks.
Are your products H.R. 5371 compliant?
Yes — every batch. Total-THC is calculated post-decarboxylation using the federal method (delta-9 THC + THCA × 0.877), and formulas are spec’d to leave headroom under the 0.3% by dry-weight federal threshold. HempData verification is attached to every SKU. State interpretations of the formula and per-state cannabinoid restrictions vary — confirm with your state counsel before stocking specific formats. Do you offer samples?
Yes — paid sample packs for any wholesale category. The cost is credited toward the first qualifying PO. Samples carry the same COA and HempData verification as production batches.
Can I get private label / white-label?
Yes — see the white-label program page. Gummies, tinctures, topicals, and custom cannabinoid blends are all available on your label.

What are the payment terms?
First PO is prepaid. Net-30 terms are available after three fulfilled POs in good standing.
